The Galen Event Center, home of the USC Trojans, shows a high level of design and construction quality. Brick was used following the Romanesque architecture, which is the theme of the USC campus. The seven sculptures in the octagonal corners of the building, each comprised of 2,520 bricks in 210 courses, represent the different uses of the building, such as volleyball and basketball.
